Mega198 Terms & Conditions

Account Registration

Each User may hold only one (1) account on the mega198 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and country of residence. You are under a continuing obligation to update this information promptly if it changes.

KYC Documentation

Mega198 is required to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. As part of the KYC process, you may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

Deposits

Mega198 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods available to Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, major credit and debit cards, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT).

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Mega198 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on individual accounts at its sole discretion.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals are available via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or via a pre-approved alternative method subject to verification. Withdrawals are processed in MYR only.

Mega198 targets processing of withdrawal requests within the following timeframes, subject to successful KYC verification and compliance review:

• DuitNow and e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically within 15 minutes
• FPX and bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): same business day
• Cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT): within 2–4 hours subject to network confirmation

Mega198 reserves the right to impose a one-time maximum withdrawal limit per transaction and to require additional verification for large withdrawal amounts. Withdrawals may not exceed the amount deposited plus net winnings derived from genuine play.

Mega198 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP tier bonuses. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any specific Terms attached to the individual promotion.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible promotion per person, household, device, or IP address unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific offer terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion.

Bonus Abuse

Any such activity will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All bets and wagers placed on the mega198 Platform are binding once confirmed. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Errors made by the player — including incorrect selections, staking errors, or misread odds — cannot be reversed.
• Mega198 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that results from an obvious error in odds or game information published on the Platform.
• In sports betting, events may be voided or results adjusted in exceptional circumstances such as event abandonment, natural disaster, or verified match-fixing. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account.

Termination by the Player

Suspension or Closure by Mega198
